Chiel Construction Ltd has been in business since early 2003, 3 directors formed the company with an ethos of providing a can do approach with regards to their clients. Working on educational, industrial and commercial projects the company has built up a solid blue chip client base and an extensive portfolio of projects with prices ranging from £50 to £5 Million.

In 2005 Chiel became one of the framework contractors for the University of Warwick and has been since. Also in 2020 Chiel became framework contractors for the University of Birmingham. Being a framework contractor is a prestigious position for Chiel. In recent years despite the economic downturn and the COVID-19 pandemic, here at Chiel we have continued down the path of success, in completing projects to a high standard, increasing the number of staff on site and within the office.

Looking forward into 2022, training of site and office staff continues, as does the “can do” attitude behind the formation of the company.
