Chiel Construction successfully delivered the construction of a new veterinary surgery facility in Chipping Norton, providing a modern, purpose-built environment to support clinical and operational requirements.

Working under a JCT Intermediate Building Contract (2011 Edition), procured via competitive tender, our team undertook a 59-week programme of works. The project encompassed the full development of the site from initial demolition and clearance through to final construction and internal fit-out.

The scope of works included excavation and formation, installation of drainage systems, and construction of piled foundations, followed by the erection of a structural steel frame. Internal works comprised a comprehensive fit-out tailored to the needs of a veterinary practice, delivering functional, durable, and compliant spaces throughout the facility.

As Principal Contractor, Chiel Construction coordinated all phases of the build, ensuring efficient sequencing and quality control throughout the programme. Close collaboration with the design team and stakeholders enabled the project to progress smoothly from pre-construction through to completion.
